WiFi name and password are posted in the apartment (information binder). TV via Apple TV - log in with your own streaming accounts and log out before leaving. Free-to-air via the Zattoo app, no login needed.

Heating is kept at minimum during summer. If you adjust it, please return it to the original setting before departure.

Smoking on the balcony only - not inside. Small pets welcome on request. Owners accept no liability for damage caused by pets. Please use Kandersteg's green dog-waste bags and don't dispose of animal waste in household rubbish.

One outdoor parking space in front of the house, shared with neighbouring residents - park considerately. Garage parking is not available.

Store skis and ski boots on the balcony (brush off snow first), in the hallway, or briefly by the entrance. Use the grey drip trays inside for wet footwear. Please clean boots before entering the building.

Kandersteg has thorough waste separation - full instructions in the folder. Residual waste goes in the white, green, or orange bags under the kitchen sink.

Afternoon thunderstorms are common in summer and can be intense. Before leaving: close windows and balcony doors, secure shutters, and bring in balcony cushions and any loose items.

The balcony door has a specific lock mechanism - a short instruction is posted inside. Pull the knob out before turning to avoid damaging the lock.

Haus Europa is a residential building with four apartments. Other residents and owners may be present - please keep noise low in the stairwell and on the balcony.
